Made to Order Dactyl Manuform Resin Case

from $50.00

This is a Dactyl Manuform keyboard case printed with ABS-like UV-cured resin.

What does that mean?

THEY LOOK AMAZING.

Resin print quality is vastly superior to what’s possible with filament-based printers. They approach the smoothness and accuracy of injection molded parts. Frankly, they can be amazingly beautiful.

We offer row/column sizes of 3x5, 3x6, 4x5, 4x6, 5x6, 5x7, 6x6, and 6x7.

Like the Miryoku layout? The 3x5 will do perfectly. Miss the old IBM M Keyboards? Max out with a 6x7!

All thumb cluster and size options can be found at these links:

No extra charge for different thumb cluster types. Just specify what you want in your order notes.

You can specify thumb clusters for each side at checkout.

Trackball Thumb Clusters

At $20 per side ($40 for dual trackballs), a 34mm trackball socket and sensor mount for a PMW 3360 can be included. We offer a trackball hardware kit here: trackball-kit

Trackball thumb cluster options are:

  • Wyld 3-key trackball cluster (NEW!)

  • Classic 4-key trackball cluster

  • Classic 3-key trackball cluster

Our resin colors available are:

Pure white, light gray, dark navy gray, translucent smoke black, deep black, and (NEW!) mint green, and translucent red.

You can find all our resin colors here.

If you want something larger (or a little less expensive), we also offer non-resin prints.

Plus we offer a full Dactyl Manuform build service.

The case tops are all printed in an ABS-like resin in white, gray, or (new!) translucent black smoke. They print beautifully and are very clean, near to a injection molded quality.

The bottom plates and controller holders are printed in a white PLA matching the case.

NOTE! This is the case ONLY for a DIY build, it is not a finished keyboard! You'll still need to source Arduino controllers (Elite Cs are recommended), TRRS jacks, wiring, key switches, and keycaps.

We have a ready-to-go build kit here.

Turnaround from order to shipment is 3 to 7 business days per unit as each unit requires three to four days to print and process, depending on stock and demand.
