Build Extras: Display Screens, OLED or Nice!View
NOTE: THIS IS AN ADD-ON FOR KEYBOARD BUILDS ONLY.
Add one or two OLED (New! or Nice!View screens!) to your Dactyl Manuform build. They’re mounted vertically at the inside wall. They’re great for displaying layers, WPM, combos, logos, animations, pretty much anything! On wireless builds, the screens also show connectivity status, the device connected to, as well as the battery status.
We are now offering Nice!View screens, but be aware that they’re only suitable for wireless keyboard builds with ZMK. They’re not supported for wired builds with QMK.
The OLED screens are backlit and work on both wired and wireless builds, though they do draw considerably more power than the Nice!Views.
Nice!Views are not backlit, rather they’re a monochrome LCD, but they’re fast and quite pretty.
